Ingredients
1 stick margarine, melted
2 cups sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 small can coconut
1 cup crushed nuts
Pinch of salt
2 9-inch unbaked pie shells
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shells (do not use deep dish pie shells). Bake pies at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool pies before serving.
