Fruit Salad with Honey-Vanilla Dressing

1 fresh Bartlett pear
1 fresh nectarine
1 fresh peach
2 plums
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup water
Mint leaves for garnish
Honey-Vanilla Dressing:
1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 tablespoon honey
Slice fruit into wedges. Combine lemon juice and water. Dip fruit slices into lemon juice mixture. Arrange fruit on platter. Garnish ingredients. Place dressing in a bowl for dipping or pour over fruit. Makes 4 servings. 100 calories per serving.
