6 chicken breasts
1 large onion, sliced
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
2 cups grated cheese
Picante sauce, mild
Place chicken breasts in a large baking pan. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cover with onion slices. Bake at 400 degrees until chicken is done. Spread picante sauce over chicken and cover with grated cheese. Return to oven just until cheese has melted. Serve with nacho chips and a salad.
