Ingredients
1 8-ounce box Jiffy corn bread mix
4 eggs
2 cups shredded cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 10-ounce box frozen chopped broccoli thawed and drained
1 large onion, chopped
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
