5 cups coarsely chopped Chinese cabbage
1 cup shredded raw carrots
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Mix all slaw ingredients together in a large bowl. Combine dressing ingredients together and pour over slaw. Fold in until thoroughly coated.
