Ingredients
1/2 Pound Butter
1 Cup Sugar, light brown
3 Large Eggs, well beaten
3 Cups All purpose Flour
1 Tsp. Baking soda
1 Tsp. Cinnamon, ground
1/2 Cup Milk
5 Cups Pecan, chopped
5 Cups Assorted candied fruit and peel
2 Tblsp Liquor (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cream sugar and butter. Add flour, well beaten eggs, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add liquor(optional) alternating with milk. Add chopped fruit and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoon onto well greased cookie sheet and bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Store in air tight container.

NOTE:Amount of chopped nuts and/or assorted candies fruit may be increased or decreased to suit your taste.
