beef and cabbage soup

1 small head of cabbage, 1.25 lbs. ground meat, 1: 15 oz. tomato sauce, 1 can tomato paste 6oz, 1 medium onion,, 4 cubes beef bouillion, 2 cans light red kidney beans, 2-4 garlic cloves diced, 1 tsp. salt, 1tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. cayenne, 1/2 tsp. paprika,and adjust with garlic powder, onion powder.
chop cabbage and put in large stock pot. add water to top of cabbage and boullion cubes. in a fry pan brown ground beef and onion. just before browned add garlic. add all ingredients to stock pot. bring to boil then simmer for 1 hour and adjust seasoning to taste. simmer 1 additional hour
