4 TBLSP oil
3 lbs Stew Meat cut into small pieces
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 medium Onion chopped
4-6 TBLSP Chili powder
2 teasp Salt
2 teasp dried Oregano
2 teasp Cumin
1 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 qt Water
1/2 cup Cornmeal
2 teasp Hot Sauce
Brown Stew meat in hot oil. Add onion and cook till translucent. Add garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except for corn meal. Simmer 1 hour covered, stirring occasionally. Add corn meal and simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
