|MYSTERY PASTA CASSEROLE|

|3 Pounds your choice of three meat - (See NOTE)
2 jars your favorite spaghetti sauce
2 Cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
3 Cups Cheddar Cheese
1 bag noodles (1 pound your favorite such as bowties)
each your choice of three veggies such as olives,
onions, green peppers, red peppers, mushrooms,
spinach, or whatever your family likes.
|1. Boil noodles to al dente. Grease a 9x13x3 dish.
2. Divide noodles, sauce and cheeses into 3rds. Season and brown any meat as needed.
2 . Layer 1: 1/3 of noodles, 1 meat (ground beef) and 1 veggie (olives), 1/3 of sauce, and 1/3 cheese.
Layer 2: 1/3 of noodles, 1 meat (pepperoni) and 1 veggie (mushrooms), 1/3 sauce, and 1/3 cheese.
Layer 3: 1/3 of noodles, 1 meat (Italian sausage) and 1 veggie (green peppers), 1/3 sauce, and 1/3 cheese.
(These meats and vegetables are just suggestions. You choose what your family likes)
3. bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes so it can set up a bit... then DIG IN!
NOTE: You can use whatever type meats, vegetables, and seasonings your family likes.
My family like the pepperoni, ground beef and Italian sausage with some olives, mushrooms and green bell peppers, which are what I used in this example. If you like more meat use two meats in each layer. If you like more vegetables use two vegetables in each layer. Make it the way your family likes it.
