Party Sausage Balls

1 lb. mild sausage
1 lb. hot sausage
2 cups grated medium or cheddar cheese
4 cups baking mix: jiffy or bisquick
1/4 c, water
Brown sausage in skillet until small amount of pink left. Drain well, In large bowl mix cheese and baking mix, adding water as needed. Form in small balls. Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 turning after first 8 minutes. These freeze well. Cook frozen ones a few minutes longer. Yield approx. 52 balls,
