|1 lb. sausage
1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded Mexican Jack cheese
2/3 cup ranch dressing (made from dry Hidden Valley original dressing)
1 (6 oz.) can black olives, drained and chopped
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped
Cayenne pepper to taste
Brown and drain sausage. Crumble into bowl; add cheeses, salad dressing, olives, pepper, Jalapeno and Cilantro (you may freeze at this point).
Spoon 1 tablespoon mixture into tortilla scoops and arrange on baking sheet. Bake 5 to 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
