teriyaki deer steak strips

2 lbs venison steaks, cut thin
1 can beef consomme (undiluted)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tsp savor salt
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 T. Lemon juice
2 T. Brown sugar
Cut the steaks diagonally, across the grain. Mix the other ingredients to form a marinating mixture. Pour the sauce over the meat strips and refrigerate overnight. Drain and broil 4 inches from the heat until tender. Do not overcook.
