|HILLTOP PAN PIZZA|

|1 (1-pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 pound Italian sausage
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons olive oil
8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
1 small onion chopped
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
3/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 fennel seeds
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
|1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Press dough into the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Pre-bake dough for 15 minutes.
2. Brown crumbled sausage evenly over medium-high heat. Drain grease from sausage and sprinkle over dough crust. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese evenly.
3. Heat oil in skillet. Add mushrooms and onions, and cook until onion are tender. Stir in tomatoes, garlic powder, fennel seeds
and oregano. Spoon over Mozzarella. Sprinkle Parmesan over the top.
4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in preheated oven, or until crust is golden brown.
