|Mexican Deer Tenterloin|

|1 tablespoons canola oil
1 small onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons beef bullion granules
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1 can queso blanco (white cheese sauce)
|Heat oil in skillet. Place deer tenderloin in skillet and sprinkle with half of all powdered ingredients. Brown one side of tenderloin
then flip. Sprinkle with remaining powdered ingredients. Place onions and peppers on top and pour in Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and let simmer until cooked through and vegetables are tender. Turn off heat. Scoop cheese sauce onto tenderloin. Cover with the lid so the cheese will warm and soften. Then serve while hot.
