1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup margarine
4 cups cornbread crumbs
2 cups biscuit crumbs
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 teaspoons dried sage
4 cups chicken broth
Saute onions and celery in margarine in a small skillet until the onions are soft. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl combine onions and celery with the cornbread and biscuit crumbs, beaten and hard-boiled eggs, cream of chicken soup, and sage. Mix well. Add the chicken broth and mix well again. Pour into a greased casserole or baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
