Peanut Butter Crisps

1 cup butter softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 cups corn flakes, finely crushed
Salted peanuts
Combine butter and peanut butter in large mixing bowl, creaming well. Add sugar, and beat well: Gradually add flour and beat well. Cover dough tightly, and refrigerate several hours or over night. Shape dough into 1 - inch balls: roll each in corn flake crumbs. Press one peanut in center of each. Place on greased cookie sheet: Bake @ 350 for 12 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned.
Yield: about 5 dozen
