|1 small Green pepper Diced 2 cups shredded Cheddar
1 small onion diced 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2lbs Tennessee Pride Mild country sausage 2 Eggs
2 (14oz) jars pizza sauce 1 Cup of milk
2 teaspoons chili powder Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Couple dashes of Worcestershire
1 teaspoon minced garlic
|Preheat oven to 400
in a large skillet fry the meat with the diced vegetables until the meat is crumbly and golden brown. (if your meat is rather greasy
drain well) Add the chili powder, smoked paprika, minced garlic, salt and pepper, worcestershire and the pizza sauce stir well.
In a 13 x 9 oven safe dish sprayed with your oil transfer your yummy meat mixture sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the top and set aside.
In a medium bowl dump both boxes of Jiffy corn Muffin Mix add two eggs and one cup of milk mix just til incorporated. Carefully pour over the cheddar cheese and evenly spread out with a spatula. place in the preheated oven for 17 minutes until the top is golden brown and muffin mix is done. Now enjoy!!!!
