PEEL THE POTATO FOR FRYING.
SLICE THE STEAK VERY THIN..( LIKE FOR A STIR FRY
SLICE ONION AS YOU LIKE IT ( OPTIONAL )

FRY YOUR POTATO'S TILL NEARLY DONE. THEN ADD STRIOPS OF STEAK ON TOP.. COVER FOR ABOUT 4 MIUTES THEN UN-COVER AND STIR.
THIS WAS MY DADS ALL TIME FAVORITE DINNER ON THE FARM. ENJOY WITH A SALAD ON THE SIDE IF YOU WISH.
