|SLOWCOOKER CHOCOLATE CANDY|
|2 pounds dry roasted peanuts
4 oz. German's sweet chocolate
1 12oz. package dark chocolate chips
2 1/2 pounds white almond chocolate
1 pkg. mini cupcakr pan liners.
|Put peanuts in the bottom of a 4 quart slow cooker. Layer the rest of the ingredients on top of the peanuts in the same order as shown in the ingredients.
Set the temperature of the slowcooker to low and let cook for three hours with out opening the lid.
After three hours open and with a wooden spoon stir ingredients until all the chocolates are smooth and all ingredients a thoroughly combined.
Put approx. 2 tsps. full into each liner until chocolate is gone and let cool completely in the refrigerator.
Makes 30 or forty pcs., enough to share with family and friends.
