2 cans crescent rolls
6 eggs (or more if you choose), scrambled
1 lb hot sausage, cooked & drained
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp paprika
Dash of cayenne pepper
Grease bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish. A clear dish works best so that you can make sure your rolls are done on the bottom. Layer one package of rolls. Press together and to the edges. Bake about 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix eggs, sausage, cheese, paprika, and cayenne pepper and pour on top of rolls. Cover with second package of rolls. Bake at 375 until rolls are done. May have to lightly cover with tin foil if the top starts to get too brown.
