|Party Time Nachos|

|1 Medium sized bag of Tortilla Chips
1 10 ounce can chunk white chicken (or half pound of ground chuck, scrambled and drained, or a half pound of rolled sausage cooked and drained.)
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces of your favorite salsa (I use homemade)
8 ounces Mexican or Taco Shredded Cheese
|Oven should be heated to 500 degrees and placed on Broil. Place a layer of tortilla chips over the bottom of a large cookie sheet.
Sprinkle the meat of your choice over the chips. Mix sour cream and salsa together. Drizzle over the meat and chips. Top with your favorite cheese. Put under broiler until cheese is melted. Top with jalapenos and serve. You can feed a crowd with this recipe in very little time. It is great for tailgating.
