Ingredients
Tailgating: Green Chili
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
14&1/2 oz. can of stewed tomatoes
two 4 oz. cans green chilies
2 cups diced, peeled potatoes
2 cups water
pinch of salt, black pepper, garlic salt (to taste)
Directions
In a large pot, cook ground beef with onion until no longer pink. Drain. Add all other ingredients and simmer until potatoes are tender. This takes about 45 minutes.
