Mrs. Santa's Peppermint Fudge

2 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
8 oz. vanilla-milk morsels
1 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup crushed peppermint candy
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 peppermint extract
1 tablespoon crushed peppermint
Bring first three ingredients to a boil in a heavy saucepan, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 238 degrees. Remove from heat; stir in morsels, marshmallow cream, and next four ingredients until blended. Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon crushed peppermint candy. Cool and cut.
