Ingredients
¼ cup rice
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup raisins
4 cups scalded eggnog
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Stir about 4 times while baking. Serves 6, hot or cold.
