1 lb. box Penne Rigate pasta, cooked, rinsed in cold water and drained
1 cup diced yellow onion
1/2 cup diced each: green, red, orange, yellow bell peppers
1-1/2 cups ranch dressing (up to 2 cups if needed)
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 to 3/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup minced scallions
salt and pepper to taste
In large bowl, mix pasta, onion, and peppers. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill and sprinkle with scallions before serving.

Serves 6-8
