SWEET AND TANGY MEATBALLS

2 lbs of ground meat (beef,turkey,pork)
2 eggs
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 cup green onion chopped
1 cup honey
1 cup sriracha hot sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
salt
pepper
garlic powder
accent
Directions
Preheat to 365 degrees, In a large mixing bowl combine ground meat,
chopped onion and green onions.Add eggs in one at a time. Season with
salt, pepper, garlic powder and accent to your taste likings. After
all is mixed well, take and shape meat into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls,
placing on a baking sheet.Once all meatballs have been shaped, place
in oven and bake uncovered for 35min.

In a medium sauce pan heat olive oil, honey, sriracha, lemon juice on
low heat. Once meatballs are done cooking remove from oven. Drain any
excess grease drippings from meatballs. Take sauce mixture and pour
evenly over meatballs. Let them cook for another 15 min. remove from
and serve.

My nephew loves meatballs, whenever we are having a gathering he always request rotel and meatballs. So of course auntie have to make it happen. I love making different sauces so this sweet and tangy sauce is a great mix.
