Ingredients
1 box sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (the kind you cook)
3/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
1 cup evaporated milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup pecan halves, chopped
1/2 cup Splenda
1 unbaked pie crust
Directions
Beat pudding mix and syrup at medium speed until smooth. Add milk, eggs, nuts and Splenda. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Do not over bake.
