Ingredients
2 20-ounce cans of pineapple chunks or tidbits
1/4 cup Splenda
5 tablespoons all-purpse flour
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (mild or sharp)
3/4 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
Directions
Lightly grease a 9x13x2 baking dish. Spread pineapple in dish. Combine sugar with flour and sprinkle over pineapple. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine Ritz crackers with butter and sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees and enjoy.
