Ingredients
1 gallon okra
8 tablespoons vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons canning salt
Directions
Have jars and lids ready. Cut up okra. Cover with water, vinegar and salt and cook until okra turns pale green color. Place in jars and seal. Hot bath for 5 to 7 minutes. Ready to eat 2 weeks.
