Quick Crunch Flounder

1 pound flounder filet (red snapper or other filets)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups cornflake crumbs
3-4 teaspoons seasoning (basil or lemon pepper)
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and seasoning. Spread over fish and then coat with cornflake crumbs. Use lightly-greased broiler pan or line with Non-Stick Reynolds Wrap. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
