Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 24-ounce container frozen strawberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in an 8x8-inch baking dish. Mix the flour and sugar in a large bowl. Add the milk gradually, stirring constantly. Pour over the melted butter, do not stir. Spoon thawed strawberries over the top along with the juice. Bake for one hour. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
