Butterscotch Pudding Cake in a Crock Pot

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 3-ounce package cook and serve butterscotch pudding mix
¼ cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
Dash of salt
¾ cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
½ cup butterscotch chips

Spray crock pot liberally with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients and put in crock pot.

Topping:
3 tablespoons butterscotch sauce
½ cup sugar
1 1/3 cup boiling water
Directions
Stir sauce and sugar with boiling water until smooth. Pour over batter. Cook all 2 ½ hours on high in crock pot. Serve with Cool-whip or ice cream.
