Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
4 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
2 pounds medium cooked shrimp
Directions
Sautee chopped veggies in butter until onions are clear. Pour veggies, soup and tomatoes into crock pot. Cook 2 ½-3 hours on high. Add cooked and de-tailed shrimp. Cook for 30 more minutes. Serve over rice or with garlic bread.
