Ingredients
1 bag (14 oz) caramels
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
2 teaspoons rum or 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
Directions
Combine caramels and cream in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low until the caramels have melted, about 1 1/2 hours. Stir in marshmallows and rum flavoring until well blended. Cover and continue cooking for about 30 minutes longer. Serve with apple wedges, pound cake cubes, or bananas (or over ice cream!).
