Ingredients
1 stick butter, softened
1 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
1 pound fresh lump crab meat
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
Sprinkle of crushed red pepper
Directions
Blend butter and cream cheese. Heat in microwave oven on low heat. Fold in crab meat, soy sauce and pepper. Serve with crackers. Makes about 3 cups.
