Asparagus Rolls

1 bunch fresh asparagus (large stalks)
Prosciutto or ham, thinly sliced
Parmesan cheese, shredded
Zesty Italian dressing
Peel asparagus, blanch for about 3 minutes, drain and put in ice cold water. When cool, drain and pat dry. Cut each stalk in half. Marinate in Italian dressing 3-4 hours or overnight. Do not drain. Lay a piece of asparagus on a slice of meat, top with parmesan cheese. Roll up and lay on a sheet pan. When pan is full, place in a 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until heated all the way through.
