Ingredients
1 pound hot or mild sausage<br />1 bell pepper, chopped<br />1 medium onion, diced<br />2 cans Bush?s black-eye peas<br />Dash of garlic<br />? teaspoon pepper<br />? teaspoon oregano<br />? teaspoon
Directions
Cut sausage into small pieces, saut? and drain. Saut? pepper and onion. Mix all ingredients and simmer until hot. Serve with grated cheese and warm corn bread.
