Ingredients
6 cups small red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered <br />? cup mayonnaise <br />1 tablespoon mustard <br />8 slices bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled <br />
Directions
Add potatoes to boiling water; cook 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain. Mix mayonnaise and mustard in large bowl. Add potatoes, bacon and chives; mix lightly. Refrigerate. Makes 10, ? cup, servings.
