Ingredients
1 bag boil-in bag rice<br />1 can Leseur English peas<br />1 8-ounce package of crab meat, shredded<br />? cup mayonnaise<br />1 teaspoon sugar<br />Small onion, diced<br />Salt and pepper, to taste<b
Directions
Boil rice as package directs, drain and cool. Mix remaining ingredients, chill for 30 minutes and serve. Excellent side dish for fish frys.
