5-6 medium peeled sweet potatoes<br />1 21-ounce can apple pie filling<br />1 8-ounce can whole cranberry sauce<br />2 tablespoons apricot preserves<br />2 tablespoons orange marmalade
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Cover with salted water and cook until tender, about 15 minutes; drain and set aside. Spread pie filling in 8x8x2 baking dish and arrange cooked potatoes over this
