1 round steak, cubed or tenderized, cut in small pieces<br />2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced<br />2 4-ounce cans of green chilies<br />1 onion, sliced<br />1 15-ounce can tomato sauce<br />2 cans
Rub round steak with white vinegar. Season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Dredge steak in enough flour to cover on all sides. Brown in cooking oil, in a Dutch oven, and cook until tender.
