Ingredients
4-6 pork chops<br />2 large cans of sauerkraut<br />4-6 potato halves<br />1 large onion quartered<br />1 tablespoon oil
Directions
Brown pork chops with oil in a large Dutch oven, add sauerkraut, potatoes and onion. Put in crock pot. Cover and cook on medium heat 3-4 hours.
