Ingredients
3 or 4 pork chops, lightly salted<br />2 large chicken breasts, lightly salted<br />1 large onion, chopped<br />3 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium<br />1 tablespoon garlic powder<br />1 ? cups
Directions
Fry pork chops in large skillet or electric fryer. Drain portion of fat, leaving about 3 tablespoons in skillet. Cool chops and cut into bite sized pieces. Boil chicken breasts until fork tender, cool
