1 pound hot sausage, bulk<br />1 cup celery, chopped<br />1 cup onion, chopped<br />1 cup green pepper, chopped<br />2 10 ?-ounce cans chicken broth<br />1 cup regular rice, uncooked<br />
Simmer sausage, celery, onion, and green pepper in a heavy skillet until tender. Add broth, rice, salt and pepper. Pour into ungreased 2 quart baking casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake at 325 de
