Ingredients
12 ounces fish fillets<br />2 teaspoons mayonnaise<br />1 teaspoon Dijon mustard<br />1 teaspoon lemon juice<br />1 teaspoon chopped chives<br />1 teaspoon chopped parsley<br />2 teaspoons Parmesan ch
Directions
Spray a shallow flame-proof baking dish with cooking spray and arrange fish in the dish. Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and spread on fillets. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 40
