Ingredients
8 cups sliced yellow crookneck squash <br />3 medium white onions, chopped in large pieces <br />4 medium bell peppers, chopped in large pieces <br />
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients. Cover with ice cubes and let stand 1 hour. Drain squash mixture and rinse well. Mix remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Add squash mixture, return to boiling and cook 4 mi
