Large head of cabbage with large leaves<br />? cup uncooked rice<br />1-2 raw eggs<br />1/8 cup chopped parsley<br />1 small onion, chopped<br />? pound ground pork <br />? teaspoon nutmeg<br />
Cook rice in one cup water with salt for 10 minutes. Let it cool. Put cabbage, stem end down, in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Carefully cut off six whole leaves. Mix meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion
