4 large tomatoes <br />1 10-ounce package frozen spinach <br />1 tablespoon butter or oil <br />
Directions
Cut tomatoes in half and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook spinach in 1⁄4 cup water until tender; drain (save broth in freezer for bouillon). Blend spinach with butter, nutmeg and seasonings
