1 8-ounce box elbow macaroni
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup Velveeta cheese, shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon parley
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup bread crumbs
Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain. In a large mixing bowl combine cheeses, spices and pasta. Mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish. Combine milk and eggs. Pour milk mixture over macron. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until bread crumbs are lightly golden.
