Ingredients
4 large eggs, beaten
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/3 cups milk
2 cups white or yellow corn, fresh or frozen
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons butter
Directions
Mix flour, salt and sugar with corn; add beaten eggs. Stir in milk and butter. Be sure eggs are mixed well with other ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until you have a good firm look to your dish.
